A Beautiful Day by the Lake It was another beautiful day in Prospect Park, and I found a spot by the lake to sit and draw. While there was a man fishing nearby and a family that arrived for a picnic, they leaned their bicycle against the tree, and one person made it into the drawing. The focus is on the lonely, yet beautiful, tree standing in front of the lake, with the human presence subtly included in the scene. Despite the tree's quiet isolation, this area of the park is quite active.
