He's my beagle and he hangs with me in my studio. I find his sleepy presence soothing, and so I often draw him.
This is one of my favorites. He's looking innocent and pretty and you can't even imagine that his howl is louder than the sound of two garbage trucks colliding with an ambulance with the siren stuck on.
It's a small painting, with a lot of heart.
The original is 6" x 8", so small and intimate, a nice piece for a hallway or other small room where you can get close to it.
The prints are gorgeous.
I print these on 8.5" x 11" Hahnemühle German Etching all-cotton archival 310 g/mA Paper so they fit in a standard frame. Each print is signed by me, the artist.
It's part of a series.
This is something I keep coming back to and they all look good together. Collect them all.
