After the Hike
June 12th, Great Rock Bight Preserve. We’d hiked down to the cove and found ourselves completely alone. The weather was perfect—clear, quiet, just warm enough. The sea was a deep blue. Hills rolled right into the water. We sat on the sand. No one came.

Everything in Its Place
This small watercolor was made sitting beside my wife, looking out at the stillness. It’s not a precise map of the place, but something more intuitive—a response to the color of the water, the slope of the land, the way rocks feel when you're looking at them without needing to speak.
