This is Sheer Athleticism. 

When a dancer lifts up so high in the air, it's just breathtaking. This gouache painting on watercolor paper is 18" x 24" and is framed and matted in a 33" x 27" black frame with a simple white mat.

I attended rehearsal with Dancewave's DC1 Pre-Professional Company for six weeks and made a series of drawings and paintings of the process.
