Clive Holding Bike in Pen and Ink

This is a quick pen and ink drawing of journalist Clive Thompson holding his bike. The angle of the handlebars and the wires are a challenge so I wanted to focus on them to get the lines right.

As part of my practice, I do these studies in preparation for larger paintings.
