Sociologist: On October 30, 2024, an FDNY pickup driver responding to an emergency hit Victor as he rode his e-bike at Fourth Avenue and Sackett Street. Victor died at Brooklyn Methodist Hospital.
Elegist: Tomasa said, “I wish he had a better life with safer work.”
On October 30, 2024, an FDNY pickup driver responding to an emergency struck him at Fourth Avenue and Sackett Street. Victor was taken to the hospital, where he died.[2]
