Sleepy Dog - Study 7 - Be Mine

This is Jackson.

He's a beagle and I love him. Dogs have a way into our hearts, and though Jackson is not a cuddly dog, he's still part of our family, and will sit patiently in my studio while I work on my art. 

I made this because I thought it'd be a nice gift for someone you love who maybe also loves dogs. Everyone needs a sleepy dog.

It's a small painting, with a lot of heart.

The original is 6" x 8", so really intimate, but I think that's the point here.

The prints are gorgeous.

I print these on 8.5" x 11" Hahnemühle German Etching all-cotton archival 310 g/mA Paper so they fit in a standard frame. Each print is signed by me, the artist.

It's part of a series.

This is something I keep coming back to and they all look good together. Collect them all.
